Add State of Hawaii GE/TA Tax of 13.42%.

Add $104 check-in fee charged by Elua Village HOA.

$300 refundable damage deposit.

Minimum five night stay.

3-night deposit required within 7 days of reservation.

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Rates include departure cleaning. Additional maid service available for additional fee.

Complimentary 24-hr concierge services included in rates.

We accept checks, cashier's checks, or credit cards via PayPal. There is a 3% additional fee for Paypal.

Special golf and tennis rates available for our guests.

Check-in time - 4:00 pm. Check-out time - 11:00 am.

Late check out: 1/2 day charge when available.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons (including children and infants).

Cancellation Policy:

With 60 days or more prior to arrival: one night forfeited.

For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will

be retained unless the unit can be re-rented, at which time a pro-rata refund will be issued.
