Just got back from our wonderful trip (short business trip right after) and wanted to just let you know how much we enjoyed your condo.  Everything was perfect, the location and the condo. We had a magical family trip discovering the island and the beauty right outside our door at Big Beach/Little Beach and the great snorkeling spots! Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing your condo with us. We hope to come back again soon! - Brian

We were concerned about renting a condo ourselves, but plunged in just because you sounded honest!   Of course my intuition paid off - the condo and the view are just as you advertised.   We were concerned whether the place is cleaned up to our standard.  It was and to be honest, your cleaning crew is better than my own cleaning ladies at home.  The housekeeping crew did a great job – the condo was spotless.  Most important of all, the deposit was returned as promised. We rented 3 condos (for the wedding in Wailea) and my 92-year-old father-in-law chose yours to be his domicile. He spent his “in-condo” times on the lanai to enjoy the view. We would also like to congratulate you for offering such a beautiful condo for rent.  It is such a pleasure to sit in the lanai and enjoy the beautiful view. Thank you again. - Cynthia

Scott asked me to correct one fact, however. He rented 200 wine glasses for the event at Elua, not 100. It was really something to see the five tasting tables set up with 40 glasses each. Thanks for your prompt refund of our security deposit... Our initial reluctance to go owner direct was certainly ill-founded and we couldn't have been more pleased with this whole experience. If we're lucky enough to be able to return to Wailea someday, the only place we would ever consider staying is your condo. I wanted to let you how much we enjoyed your condo. It was exactly as you said it would be (ideal location within walking distance to beach and shops) and had all the amenities (and more) we were seeking. My daughter loved having her own "wing" and Scott and I loved watching the sun rise and set from your veranda. I only wish we could have morning coffee and evening cocktails in such a setting every day! Among our group of friends, there were two families who stayed at the Grand Wailea ($800/night), two who stayed at Wailea Elua (through Destination Resorts), three who stayed at the Marriott (using Marriott points) and one who stayed at the Palms. Without a doubt, your condo provided the best deal; in terms of space, location and price. The friends staying at Elua reserved the beach pavilion there one night for a group wine tasting and BBQ, which turned out to be a spectacular finale to our week together. The kids swam while the adults tasted world-class wines brought over by two of our more serious wine collector friends. Scott rented 100 glasses from a party rental place in Kihei and another person prepared tasting notes. Everyone else pitched in to prepare food and set up the tables. It was quite a night and the Eula staff couldn't have been more gracious. - Julie

I meant to email you when we got home to tell you how much we loved the condo. Actually, on the day we arrived we were so thrilled that I was thinking of calling you... It's been 10 years since we were in Maui the last time - it certainly has developed a lot in that time - especially between Kehi and Wailea. Everything was perfect - the location, the view, the condo itself was fabulous... Hope to come again soon. - Mike
